These terms cover the website design, build, hosting and maintenance service provided by your legal business entity name ("we", "us"). By asking us to build a site or by paying an invoice, you accept them.
We build a draft website from your publicly available Google Business Profile at no cost and with no commitment on either side. You may ask us to delete it at any time. We may decline to build a draft where we cannot verify the business.
Once you approve a draft and pay the first invoice, we build, host and maintain the website described in the plan you chose, and keep it online. Hosting, SSL, security updates and the included monthly content updates are part of the monthly fee — they are not extras.
You confirm that the business information you give us is accurate, that you own or have permission to use any photos, logos and text you send us, and that you have the right to ask us to display your business publicly.
You own your domain name. We strongly recommend you register it in your own name with a registrar of your choice. If we register it on your behalf, it is registered to you, and we will transfer it to your own registrar account on request at no charge.
Where you ask us to display reviews, we show them as written and attributed to their source. You must not ask us to fabricate, edit or remove negative reviews in a way that misrepresents your real customer feedback, and we will decline to do so.
Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month. Setup fees, where they apply, are billed once before the site goes live. Prices are as published on our pricing page at the time you sign up. If we ever change your price, we give you 30 days' notice by email.
You may cancel at any time by emailing us. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no further payments are taken. Setup fees are not refundable once the site is live, because the work has been delivered.
On cancellation we will provide you with the files that make up your website and cooperate in moving your domain, at no charge.
We cannot guarantee a particular position in Google search results, a particular number of enquiries, or uninterrupted availability. Search rankings depend on factors outside our control. We will tell you honestly how the site is performing rather than promise outcomes we can't deliver.
Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction — for example, the State of Delaware, USA, or England and Wales.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
